Les' Copaque Production Sdn. Bhd. was inspired by Tn. Hj. Burhanuddin Md. Radzi and his wife Pn. Hjh. Ainon Mohd. Ariff. They were looking for investment opportunities in the filmmaking industry, with the spirit of helping young and talented filmmakers achieve their dreams. In 2005, they met three fresh graduates from Multimedia University in Cyberjaya - Nizam Abd Razak, Mohd. Safwan Ab Karim and Muhammad Usamah Zaid Yasin. The three had graduated with a degree in Film and Animation and their ambition was to make a full-length animated 3D film. They showed their award-winning short animation entitled "Misi Mustahak" to Tn. Hj. and his wife. The short animation impressed Tn. Hj. and he saw potential in the young animators.Guided by his strong entrepreneurial instinct, he decided to fund and start a new animation company.

Les' Copaque began with Tn. Hj. Burhanuddin as the Managing Director and Pn. Hjh Ainon Mohd. Ariff as the Creative Content Director whilst Nizam, Safwan and Usamah Zaid were the directors. From this modest beginning of only three people, Les' Copaque has today grown rapidly and currently employs more than 50 creative workers. The company's fame has spread far and wide throughout Malaysia and internationally due to the recognition of the quality of its award-winning animation. The company's flagship animation series "Upin & Ipin" attracts high viewer ratings and is beloved and praised by audiences and the media alike for its didactic content and adorable characters.

Les’ Copaque Production Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in December 2005 to spearhead Malaysia’s animation industry and providing opportunities for the local graduates to showcase their talent. We are specializing in producing high quality 3D animation with local images but has global appeal. Our main project is to produce a 3D animation film title “Geng: The Adventure Begins”. It is going to be Malaysia’s 1st 3D animation film which is planned to be completed by May 2008. All our products are award winning, the latest being our mini tv series “Upin dan Ipin” which recently won the Best Film (Animation) in the Kuala Lumpur International Film Festival 2007 Animation is a new industry which has been identified by the Malaysian Government as the next economic growth area. It has high potential to generate revenue for the country and create employment opportunities for the people.

Our efforts to produce the film is basically to assist the government in creating interest to the investors and people in general, towards our animation industry.Animation is a new industry which has been identified by the Malaysian Government as the next economic growth area. MISSION

Les’ Copaque Production Sdn. Bhd.’s mission statement can be best derived from our own company name. The name Les’ Copaque came from the Malay term ‘Last Kopek’, meaning the last card you can take in a card game that you put all your hopes and dreams on. Therefore we use this mentality with the way we do our work, in giving our best in creating our own Intellectual Property (IP) with the highest quality possible.

Our main goal however, is to be a media production company that specializes in creating our own IP that showcases our own local talents and Malaysian culture. We also aim to be a platform for young Malaysian talents to showcase their own limitless imagination.

We believe by doing so as above, we will be the driving force in elevating the Malaysian media-based industry....

I would thanks to GOD to give an opportunity that i can accepted in biggest animation company in malaysia.. ga nyaka bisa keterima..tdnya yang masih ngotot magang di singapore,,tp sekarang malah pindah ke malaysia..dan ternyata jalan tuhan emang adil..

I got an internship in malaysia in the best company...
hopefully, I will work in 25 jan until 30 agust...
and if I work harder..
hopefully.. I will go to paris!!

the culture of the company is okay, santai banget malahan..
and most important I will love my job!!
it's my dream..to work in animations company...
mudah2 rencana ini berjalan sesuai dgn keinginan.
yah, klo ga juga. I already thanks to god to give me this opportunity...

mY fIrSt daY....

First day @ office.. Is one world is amazing..masa langsung dia ajak gala primer gw..hehe..emang sih masih cape..tp mau gmana lagi.. Harus di jalankan..one immpresion.. The people are nice and very welcome..hope enjoy in this company.. Bwat temen2 yang di malaysia..jalan yuukksss and save my number yaa but don't forget to give me a call and let's some fun while I 'm here..okey??? To be honest I miss jakarta already..hahaha.. Dsini pake bahasa melayu so I prefer in english aja deehh..supaya ga salah pengertian..even my english are not very good but I understand what they going to say!! Hope for the best aja deeh!!
